Manikarnika: the queen of Jhansi, is an epic movie. Honestly, It left me speechless. I am a fan of Kangna, I love her and her work as well. She is brilliant. She has done complete justice to the role of legendary Rani Luxmibai. It seems like she was breathing and living the legendary figure. I would say that every character in the movie has depicted and acted amazingly but Kangna brings the passion, gut-wrenching and heart-wrenching patriotic feel. Her intense eyes and the heaviness in her voice do absolute justice to the burning desire for freedom. Kangana's performance goes a full arc starting from an innocent, brave teenager to a wife, lover, mother, and freedom warrior. She nailed it with her enthusiasm and her expressions.
One can not take off their eyes from the screen in the second half especially. war sequences keep your heart pumping. Guaranteed goosebumps throughout the second half of the movie. A definite must-watch movie.

Performance (especially Kangana, although the supporting cast is exceptional), costumes, score, film-everything in the film works very well. Editing should have been better in certain ways, incidents sound disjointed, but admittedly, because the screenplay had to skip places, I can't imagine what could have been done to make it easier-flowing. Kangana's portrayal is full of an innocent yet courageous teenager, a feminist and a partner, a mother and finally a patriotic fighter, and she nails every hue with precious facial expressions.
To be clear, if you're expecting a multi-layer biopic that examines Rani's character in detail. This film is not that, and it is very clear that the film-makers did not have that aim in mind. But still, there are so many things to watch in this movie that make it a must-see movie.
Along with this, the plot that is written for this film fully adapts the personality and the girl or Kangana Ranaut. She's been pretty fearless about the script, and it's a nice start to Kangan's career as a filmmaker.
